
1. Name and other details entered by the candidate need to be the same as in the Educational Documents
2. Candidate can Login to the Registration Portal through their registered Username & Password only.
3. Keep your Username & Password secured. Do not share it with others.
4. Candidate must use his own active email address
5. The Email Address provided by the candidate must be functional and the candidate must have access to it throughout the registration process.
6. Candidates are encouraged to use your own contact number, email address for filling the Application Form.
1. If you are a first time candidate you are advised to click the available Registered Tab on the homepage and select the desired field and carefully read the details of instruction & guideline including eligibility criteria, vacancies, employment notification, fee details, duration, etc.
2. If you are an already registered candidate you are advised to click the available Login Tab on the homepage and select the desired field and carefully read the details of instruction & guideline including eligibility criteria, vacancies, employment notification, fee details, duration, etc.
3. You are also requested to download the Common Notification and read carefully the Rules of the organization as mentioned in the common notification.
(A) Click on the button NEW REGISTRATION that appears in the candidate login area and fill the registration details.
(B) To request for cancellation of your registration, please send a mail from your registered mail id to support@hindustanwelfare.com. Mails received from any non-registered Mail Id shall not be entertained. Also, request for cancellation sent to any other Mail Id shall not be entertained.
(C) Please provide your own email and mobile number at the time of registration.
(D) Remember, while choosing your Username it must be between 8 to 16 characters.
(E) While choosing your password it must be minimum 6 characters.
(F) After filling the mandatory information click the "SUBMIT" button.
(G) Your Username & Password will be instantly sent to you via E-mail or SMS.
4. Remember your Username and Password for subsequent Login.
5. If you have already registered i.e you are an existing user click the "LOGIN" button.
6. Before proceeding for filling the form online the candidate must have the following:-
(A) Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)
(B) Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)
(C) Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 200 KB)
(D) Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB)
(E) Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 200 KB)
7. Fee can be paid by the following methods:
-Credit Card (Master/Visa)
-Debit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay)
-Net Banking
8. It is necessary to scan documents from your originals. Once you have uploaded the document, click the next button you will get the Form with Save/Print/Edit/Preview option. Your are advised to keep copy of the form as print-out, pdf format for future reference.
9. Please fill up the details carefully. If you are using the services of a Cyber-cafe to fill up your form, please make sure that details are correctly filled up and the relevant documents are uploaded as prescribed.
1. Application Fee is non-refundable.
2. The fee paid shall be refunded prior to confirmation of registration.
3. No Refund of fee will be admissible after 15 days of the closing date.
