We as a SMITI Team prepared a lot of gifts and prize for Students of India. In order to make sure each of students who participate it will feel more enjoy on the particular day, students also will feel appreciate when they get the prize and also to encourage students to 100% participate it. Other than that, we also designed and prepared button badges for organizer, in order to differentiate between organizers and SAMITI students.

Technical Team of The SAMITI is in charge of handling all aspects of technical for this event. We need to ensure the highest standards and smooth running of the event. Besides that, we prepared the technical requirements to ensure the events, and setups are scheduled and staffed professionally.

Our Committee members have received to order to provide all the technical stuff such as LCD projector, speaker, and microphone for the programme but we already confirm with the school staff that they will provide all technical equipment except the laptop.

For the whole programme, our committee members provide cheerful song for the event to make it fun and live. We also download the minus one for the prize part, welcomed the guess, and Q & A session. Since we don’t have a screen projector to do the ice breaking session which is the dancing part, we just download the song for gummy bear and penguin and the activity group shows the dance to the kids. The kids follow them and dance happily. All the technical stuff will handle by our members during the programme.

During the programme, our members being given task to take picture for the whole program and we bring our own camera to do so. I think that’s all from us.

First of all we would to apologize to the other teams for not be able to get any sponsorship. We have tried our best a month earlier, but did not get any response due to lack of times and other certain circumstances.
